We are a small educational consultancy based in Manchester offering a variety of services to schools (Pre Inspections, Leadership and Management Development, Culture Change Programmes etc) including recruitment support. We specialise in providing RC NQTs from Northern Ireland and the Republic of Ireland colleges. These students are extraordinary in all ways. Very bright, trained to a very high standard and hard working – which is what has impressed us most since first meeting Irish students some years ago.

Schools can expect:

• all college and school placement references and application form;
• pre-interviewed candidates (red, amber, green, gold rated) so schools can be confident of selecting from a rich pool;
• organisation of the entire process up to the school visit and interview;
• short list organisation – school to bear flight costs of unsuccessful applicants. (on average about £60.00 per head, capped at £75.00). This goes to the students.
